Is checkout secure? How is my payment protected?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted (HTTPS). Payments are processed by Stripe in partnership with Shopify and/or Shop Pay. We never store full card numbers, and we use PCI‑compliant providers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
U.S.: All continental states. Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories are available by custom quote (email support@tradespoke.com).
How much is shipping?
Unless a product is marked Free Shipping/Shipping Included, rates will show at checkout.
What delivery options are available?
- Curbside: Delivered to curb/loading area; packaging not removed.
- Room‑of‑Choice w/ Packaging Removal: Brought inside to a room of choice; packaging removed; no assembly.
- White Glove: Room‑of‑choice, packaging removed, basic assembly (no installation/wiring).
- Expedited Curbside: Faster transit where available.
How long will my order take, and how do I track it?
Estimated lead times appear on product pages and at checkout. Tradespoke will confirm ship dates after you order and send tracking info once on the way. You’ll get email updates from Tradespoke throughout.
My building needs a COI / tight window / special handling - can you accommodate?
Usually yes. Email support@tradespoke.com before delivery is scheduled so we can coordinate upgrades and any fees.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
What’s your return policy?
- Change‑of‑mind returns: Request within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging with all parts/hardware. Please note, some of our vendors do not allow returns.
- Costs: Return shipping is deducted from your refund. A restocking fee up to 30% may apply to large/oversized or special‑handling items.
- Timing: Returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA issuance.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method 5–10 business days after the warehouse receives and inspects your return.
- How to start: Email support@tradespoke.com for an RMA. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
What items are not returnable?
- Custom or made‑to‑order (incl. COM/COL)
- Personalized, Final Sale, clearance, samples
- Installed/assembled/used items, or items without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to handling/installation/use
My item arrived damaged/defective or incorrect - what do I do?
- Visible freight damage: Note with the driver at delivery (if possible) and email photos to support@tradespoke.com within 48 hours (include packaging, product, and delivery receipt/BOL).
- Concealed damage/defect or wrong item: Email support@tradespoke.com photos within 5 days of delivery (include packaging, product, and delivery receipt/BOL).For approved claims, we repair, replace, or refund as appropriate - no return shipping or restocking fees.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it - now what?
Email support@tradespoke.com within 14 days with your receipt. We’ll open a carrier investigation. Resolution may require a signed affidavit and cooperation with the carrier and/or local authorities.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast. Standard items may be cancelable before shipment - email us ASAP at support@tradespoke.com and we’ll confirm status.
