3) Who We Share With

We may share information with:

• Shopify (storefront/checkout) and integrations that host and operate the shop.
  
• Payment processors for shoppers: Stripe (we receive tokens/confirmations, not full card numbers).
  
• Affiliate tracking & payout administration for creators: GoAffPro (GAP) (to manage commissions, payout preferences, and payment status/records).
  
• Suppliers/warehouses/carriers (fulfillment, delivery, returns/claims), catalog/cleaning
  
• Klaviyo (email/SMS)
  
• Analytics and advertising partners
  
• Professional advisors and authorities
  
• In business transfers
  

We may share limited, non-payment order attribution and performance insights with the Creator (e.g., what sold via their shop) so they can understand performance. If you contact a Creator directly (email/DM), the information you provide is governed by the Creator’s policies.

4) Payments

• Customer payments are processed by Stripe, which operates under its own privacy notice.
  
• We receive limited tokens/confirmations, never full card numbers.
  

5) Cookies, Targeted Ads, and GPC

• We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required.
  
• Sharing data with ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be a “sale”/“share” under certain state laws.

• We do not knowingly sell/share personal information of individuals under 18.
  

6) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request:

• We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45).

7) Retention & Security

• Orders/transactions & payout/tax records (for creators): 7 years
  
• Support records: 3 years
  
• Fraud logs: up to 5 years
  
• Analytics: up to 2 years
  

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — but no system is perfectly secure. Please also protect your account credentials.

8) Children

• The Services are not directed to individuals under 18.
  
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
  
• We do not knowingly sell/share such information.
  

9) International Transfers; Automated Decisions; Changes; Contact

• We may transfer information internationally using appropriate safeguards.
  
• We use automated tools (e.g., fraud scoring) to protect transactions; you may request information and, where required, human review.
  
• We may update this Policy; continued use = acceptance of updates.
