Return & Refund Policy

Start a Return or Claim

  • Email support@tradespoke.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA may be refused.

1) Change-of-Mind (“Remorse”) Returns

  • Window: Request within 14 days of delivery.

    Some brands have a strict “no returns” policy, which we must honor, but each claim is reviewed individually.

  • Condition: Item must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, with all parts/hardware included.
  • Costs: Return shipping is deducted from your refund.

    A restocking fee (up to 30%) may apply for large/oversized or special-handling items.

  • Ship-back: Send item within 14 days of RMA issuance.
  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method 5–10 business days after warehouse receipt and inspection.

    Outbound shipping labeled “non-refundable” is not refunded.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

  • Visible freight damage: Note with the driver at delivery and email photos within 48 hours.
  • Concealed damage/defects or wrong item: Email photos within 5 days of delivery.
  • Missing parts: Report within 5 days; replacements will be shipped.


✅ For approved issues: return shipping is covered, and no restocking fee applies.

3) “Delivered” but Not Received

  • If tracking shows Delivered but the item isn’t received, contact us within 14 days.
  • We’ll open a carrier investigation.
  • Resolution may require a signed affidavit and cooperation with the carrier and/or local authorities.

4) Not Returnable (except DOA/defect on arrival)

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including COM/COL).
  • Personalized, Final Sale, clearance, or sample items.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to handling, installation, or use.

5) Exchanges

  • Where inventory allows, eligible items may be exchanged.
  • Exchange shipping is handled the same as returns (unless the original item arrived damaged/defective).

6) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We begin processing orders immediately.
  • Custom/made-to-order items: cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • Standard items: may be canceled before shipment — email us ASAP to confirm.

7) Warranties

  • Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty (commonly 1 year, or as stated on the product page).
  • Email support@tradespoke.com to initiate a claim; we’ll coordinate with the manufacturer.

8) Materials & Finishes

  • Variations in color, grain, texture, and hand-applied finishes — especially with natural materials — are expected and not considered defects.
